Bio
Alyssa Freeman
Singer/songwriter
Alyssa Freeman is a country singer/songwriter from West Monroe, Louisiana, known for her heartfelt storytelling and nostalgic southern charm. Blending classic country roots with a modern edge, her music feels like a snapshot of real life wrapped in melody. Following the release of her debut single Tennessee, a tribute to childhood memories, she’s been building her name across Louisiana and beyond. Her latest single, He’s A Keeper, captures the kind of timeless love country music was built on.
Originally from the Memphis area, Alyssa grew up in a region steeped in gospel music and rich musical heritage before moving to Louisiana in high school. That mix of Tennessee roots and Louisiana grit shaped her signature sound: warm, reflective, and rooted in tradition. Her journey has been anything but typical, stitched together with salon days, songwriting nights, and small-town stages that helped her find her voice.
She’s performed at venues like The Nashville Palace, Enoch’s Irish Pub, Live! Casino in Bossier City and has collaborated with seasoned writers to bring her songs to life in Nashville studios. With a voice full of sincerity and a style that bridges old-school twang and modern flair, Alyssa is carving out a space all her own.
She’s currently booking live shows and working on new original music. Follow along on social media for updates or reach out directly to connect or book a performance.
